Ticket Holder Agreement & Conditions of Entry

By purchasing a ticket and attending The Harvest Cup 2026, I acknowledge and agree to the following:



Eligibility & Entry

I confirm I am 18 years of age or older.

I understand this is a private, invite-only community event.

I understand entry is at the discretion of the organiser.

I agree to provide valid identification if requested.

I understand failure to provide ID may result in refusal of entry.

I acknowledge tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.



Event Nature

I understand this is a private community-led event.

I acknowledge this is not a public festival or marketplace.

I understand the organiser does not condone unlawful activity.

I accept that attendance is voluntary and at my own discretion.

I acknowledge I attend at my own risk.



Responsible Consumption

I accept full responsibility for my own consumption decisions.

I understand I am responsible for knowing my own limits.

I agree to monitor my own physical and mental wellbeing.

I understand excessive intoxication may result in removal.

I agree not to pressure others into consuming.

I will seek assistance from staff if I feel unwell.



People’s Choice Award

I understand voting is limited to one vote per category per attendee.

I understand samples are available first-come, first-served.

I understand once an entry’s allocation is exhausted, voting for that entry closes.

I agree not to manipulate, duplicate, or falsify votes.

I understand fraudulent voting may result in removal.

I accept that all voting outcomes are final at the organiser’s discretion.



Conduct & Behaviour

I agree to treat all attendees, entrants, and staff with respect.

I agree not to engage in aggressive or disruptive behaviour.

I agree not to harass, intimidate, or discriminate against others.

I understand unsafe behaviour may result in removal without refund.

I agree to follow all staff instructions.

I acknowledge the organiser reserves the right to remove any person for safety or integrity reasons.



No Sales or Unauthorised Promotion

I understand this event is not a marketplace.

I agree not to sell, trade, or distribute products at the event.

I agree not to promote commercial activity without written approval.

I understand unauthorised sales activity may result in immediate removal.



Safe Travel & Host Responsibility

I agree to organise safe transport to and from the event.

I will not drive if impaired.

I will arrange a sober driver, rideshare, or alternative transport if required.

I understand the organiser is not responsible for my travel decisions.

I accept responsibility for my own safety outside the venue.



Privacy & Media

I understand photography and videography may occur.

I consent to incidental inclusion in event media.

I agree to respect the anonymity of entrants.

I will not publicly identify competitors without consent.



Organiser Authority

I understand the organiser may:

Refuse entry

Remove individuals without refund

Amend event format if required

Void votes where integrity is compromised

I accept that all organiser decisions are final.



Acknowledgement

By signing the attached form, I confirm:

I have read and understood these conditions.

I agree to abide by them in full.

I understand breach may result in removal without refund.
